Purpose of The Role:

The incumbent will be assisting the Leaders in the day to day operation task and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Return section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, GDPMD, clients’ and customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
  • To carry out checking of Return stock, discrepancy to take photo, conduct physical verification versus supplier document and ensure return stock stored at designated area.
  • To prepare Returned Quality Checklist, Return Summary List, RCN based to physical stock receive. Any discrepancy to issue Product Deviation Notice and update Leader / Immediate Superior
  • Perform restaging of cartons according to pack specification and carton label pasting.
  • Update stock received into SAP.
  • To support email and seek client approval, if any
  • To support prepare scraping note and stock for destruction
  • To support prepare goods for RTP / INT , if any
  • Keep immediate superior informed at all times of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
  • To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all times.
  • Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. Ensures there are prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
  • Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
  • Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
  • To support prepare weekly and monthly report
  • Performs other duties as assigned when required.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have: 

  • Min SPM qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operations

 

Advantage to Have: 

  • Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality
  • Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of company operations and procedures
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be available after normal business hours to get job done.
