Purpose of The Role:
The incumbent will assisting the Receiving Manager in monitoring, plan, execute from the points of ASN receive till the stocks to saleable location, in day to day task operations adhere to S.O.P and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Receiving section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, Clients and Customer’s requirements and Regulatory Requirements in Zuellig Pharma.
What You’ll Do:
- To be responsible for unloading and receiving of good from external supplier and support Inbound Receiving, update stock received into SAP.
- Responsible for check the product storage prior receiving to ensure the goods stored at designated area after unloading.
- Responsible from receiving till released to saleable for Cold chain product and Cold room facility
- Responsible for goods checking till released to saleable for non-cold room product and CTM
- For inbound receiving management, the incumbent monitor the progress of Incoming goods and Inbound Receiving procedures to ensure the Inbound stock are appropriately received, checked, released for saleable and stored.
- Oversees the performance of clerical work and preparation of reports related to good receipt, stock control, and operation activities.
- Consistently working closely with Leader / Executive Operation to ensure smooth of the flow of inbound process.
- Keep immediate superior informed always of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
- To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed always.
- Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
- Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Prepares and submits weekly or monthly reports
- Performs other duties as assigned when required.
- Able work in rotation shift
