Purpose of The Role:
The incumbent will be assisting the Team Leader/Operation Executive / in overseeing and collection of modern trade and local collections from West Malaysia and other admin work required
What You’ll Do:
- To close working relationships with the internal department, development, and follow-up on picking and dispatch process on daily activities.
- Close monitor and support including following up for outstanding daily outstanding orders, prepare the data
- To ensure that the safety of people, stocks infrastructure and equipment is observed at all times.
- Keep immediate superior informed at all times of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place.
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Performs other duties as assigned when required.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1+ years of professional experience in customer service or call centre in a company.
- Prioritize workload and meet deadline
- Self-driven and a self-starter who can work independently
Advantage to Have:
- Knowledge of products and services
- Knowledge on GMP, GSDP, GDPMD and ISO 9001 requirements
- Communications skills (Both verbal and written)
