Warehouse And Logistics Assistant Manager

Purpose of The Role:
- Manage warehouse and logistic operation ensuring the smooth and efficient running of medical devices distribution is at the highest service quality level within the financial budget
What You’ll Do:
- Manage team performance to ensure service delivery is at the highest level by monitoring full adherence and compliance to SOP and WI to avoid error
- Review and enforce the implementation of the relevant procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth process workflow and the operations adhere to the standards and requirements.
- Manage logistic cost within budget. Monitor usage of packaging material and PPE with minimum wastage.
- Establish and monitor KPI to track team performance. Produce KPI reports timely.
- Manage CAPA findings to ensure compliance of agreed actions to closure.
- Ensure compliance of ISO, SOP, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD and GMP’s requirements as well as the Zuellig Pharma’s Code of Conduct at all times.
- Ensure and maintain good housekeeping, 5S and EHS at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree 4-5 year in Logistic/Supply Chain experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
