Warehouse Administrator

Expectations of the Role:
- Handle all incoming goods receipt in SAP for trading goods, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Perform goods receive processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including verification of item description (SKU), quantity, batch number, unit of measurement (UOM), and expiry date.
- Generate handling unit labels to facilitate systematic put-away of goods based on SAP - designated bin locations.
- Support client stock take preparation and participate in weekly/monthly cycle count activities.
- Generate inventory reports for ad hoc physical inventory checks.
- Update SAP system for stock movements, including packing confirmations, inventory adjustments (e.g. damage, retention), and usage of packaging consumables.
- Raise purchase orders for packaging consumables and related services.
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment according to client requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate and expedite urgent export shipment requests.
- Manage return orders, including condition verification and proper storage in designated location.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO, GMP & GSDP standards and procedures.
- Adhere strictly documentation protocols, and follow safety and security guidelines in operational tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as assignments delegated by management.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- GCE ‘O’ Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.
- Proficient in SAP warehouse transactions and processes.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good spoken and written English.
Advantageous to Have:
- Familiar with trade compliance documentation, procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of GMP, GSDP, and, ISO standards.
