Warehouse Admin & Controlling Redressing

Purpose of The Role:
You will be mainly responsible for for for managing labeling materials, handling warehouse administrative tasks, supporting redressing operations, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely.
What You’ll Do:
1. Labelling Material Management:
- Inspect, monitor, and manage the inventory levels of all labeling materials.
- Issue and distribute materials to the Redressing team accurately and timely based on requests.
2. Warehouse Admin:
- Perform daily warehouse administrative tasks and data entry.
- Plan material demand and place purchase requests/orders based on actual consumption.
- Track orders and collaborate with the Accounting department to process supplier invoices and payment documents on time.
3. Documentation:
- Classify, organize, and archive all related documents, invoices, and delivery notes systematically (both hard and soft copies).
- Ensure easy data retrieval for audits or reporting purposes.

- Good planning, organization, and time management skills
- Basic problem-solving ability in daily operations
- Good inventory tracking and material management skills
- Effective coordination with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Accounting, Procurement)
Must-Have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in Warehouse Administration, Material Control, or similar roles
- Proficient in MS Excel for data tracking and basic office software.
- Basic communicative English.
Advantage to Have:
- Familiar with SAP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience supporting redressing/labeling/packaging operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
