Purpose of the Role: Design and implement a comprehensive ZP CommZ BU annual training plan & roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and the evolving needs of the business. Propose annual training plan before budgeting session to strive enough budget & training resources. Develop and lead a structured, multi-phase training program for new hires, existing commercial teams, high-potential employees, and leadership team, ensuring scalability and adaptability across regions and product lines.
What You’ll Do :
- Determining and assessing an organization’s training, employee development needs, industry trends, and the latest training best practices.
- Assessessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers to facilitate training sessions.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programs. Making necessary adjustments.
- Designing engaging and effective training curriculum and materials to address specific business objectives.
- Analyzing training needs & feedback, keeping records and employee learning progress/portfolio, managing training budgets.
- Working with employees, the human resources teams and management to ensure the achievement of training objectives.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years Sales experience in pharma & healthcare industry
- Minimum 3 years training experience of planning and delivering training programs
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Familiar with PC operation (e.g. MS Office)
- Presentation skill
- Demonstrate strong coordination capabilities and possess good communication skill
