Trade Sales Representative

Purpose of the Role: Trade Sales Representative
What You’ll Do:
• Cooperate with First Lines Manager in developing pre-call plan and planogram.
•Prepare necessary detailing aids to make an effective call and engage in promoting and selling the products.Implement action plans to fulfill the sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.•Understand the nature of customers and develop customer relationship
•Carry out merchandizing activities as per planogram, arrange display fees and make proper record•Monitor and submit monthly report about customers and competitors info including trade scheme, promotional activities and merchandizing display.
•Ensure self progress against key performance indicators and sales plans
•Monthly report on call achievement, coverage achievement, hit call and active outlet

•Experience in pharmaceutical trade sales field would be a great advantage.
Must-Have:
•University graduate
•At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
•Reasonable knowledge of English and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
Advantage to Have:
• Prior experience managing retail pharmacy accounts, understanding their buying patterns and stock cycles.
• Established strong professional relationships with pharmacy owners and procurement managers in the assigned territory.
• Proven ability to negotiate "Power Wing" displays, eye-level shelf space, and execute planograms perfectly.
• Skilled in presenting trade schemes, volume discounts, and "bonus offers" to secure larger orders.
• Sharp eye for spotting competitors' new launches, price changes, or creative "counter-top" displays.
