Trade Marketing Manager

Purpose of The Role:
The retail channel is becoming more important and the Trade Marketing Manager will drive the ethical sales in the trade retail channel. He/She will drive the success of the effective marketing, handle all trade activities, merchandising, promotion programs and engagement with Retailers to drive sales and help them differentiate our company’s products against competitors in the market.
What You’ll Do:
- Developing Trade Marketing strategies aligned with the brands’ strategy.
- Executing the Trade Marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
- Promote and ensure team adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Advanced College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Sales or marketing experience in pharma or consumer healthcare business
- Comsumer or digital marketing experience is preferred.
