What You’ll Do: (Maximum 10 points)

1. Promotional Activities Implementation

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to implement in‑store activities aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Gather customer needs and design or tailor activities to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the KAM to develop sales promotions and product communication.
  • Work with the sales team to convert product knowledge into practical tools that effectively present product benefits.
  • Gather market intelligence, consolidate reports, and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Support the sales team in executing activities to achieve brand objectives while ensuring product benefits and value are properly communicated.
  • Conduct field visits to obtain market feedback from customers nationwide.
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of activities against objectives.

2. Merchandising and Product Consultant Monitoring and Control

  • Ensure Merchandising and Product Consultants have proper coverage and follow the work plan.
  • Monitor the performance of Merchandising and Product Consultants in line with company requirements.

3. Miscellaneous

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Must-Have: (Maximum 4 points)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical products or FMCG will be an advantage
  • Has experience in Trade Marketing job is preferable.
  • Is energetic, organized, hands-on, business-driven, and not easily be put down by challenges.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • Good command in English.
