Purpose of The Role:
The Telesales Representative plays an important role in driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling and effective lead conversion. This position focuses on engaging potential customers—primarily clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers—to promote solutions that support operational excellence and community wellness.
Success in this role requires persuasive communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer‑centric mindset. The representative is expected to build trust, address concerns with confidence, and efficiently close sales. Exceptional performance in this role directly contributes to expanding market reach, sustaining sales momentum, and advancing the organization’s mission to improve healthcare accessibility and well-being.
What You’ll Do:

Meet and exceed metric targets by achieving the maximum number of first‑purchase customers through EZ Rx and Marketplace (MARKET).

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on curated lead lists and campaign objectives, delivering clear and persuasive product presentations tailored to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Provide daily reporting and timely performance insights to the Marketing team to support tracking, analysis, and strategy refinement.

Execute commercial strategies across assigned customer segments to drive Marketplace adoption in line with business objectives.

Plan and manage weekly and monthly work schedules together with the Marketing Lead to ensure efficient execution, optimal coverage, and high‑quality interactions within the approved operating budget.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local codes of conduct to uphold integrity and ethical business practices.

Must-Have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in B2B.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and follow a structured sales process.

- Experience selling to clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, or the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of health, wellness, medical, or pharmaceutical products.
