Job Purpose:
To oversee and support the Tele-sales team in achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives and principal policies. This role is responsible
for team coaching, performance monitoring, operational support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and effective Tele-sales operations.
Job Description.
- To coach the Tele sales individuals’ team to work properly and monitor their performance to drive ZP and principal policy.
- To develop and support Tele sales to be professional for better career path
- Ability to suggest and improvements of work in general
- Willing to be continuously develops by directly report
- Provide performance report and slide presentation that able to analysis in sales performance, basically market updated information etc.
- Prepare related document for drive activities, generally document for support Tele sales
- To coordinate with another department such as principal, MKT, HR and IT etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision and Performance Management
- Supervise and coach Tele-sales staff to ensure adherence to company standards and principal policies.
- Monitor individual and team performance against defined sales targets (ZP) and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Staff Development and Capability Building
- Support the professional development of Tele-sales team members through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement
- Review current work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to optimize team performance and operational outcomes.

- Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Actively seek feedback and align with direction provided by the direct supervisor.
- Reporting and Business Analysis
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on sales performance.
- Develop presentation materials, including analysis of sales data, market trends, and performance insights, to support management decision-making.
- Documentation and Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation to support Tele-sales activities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Principal, Marketing (MKT), Human Resources (HR), and IT teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination to support business operations and project execution.
