Purpose of The Role:
Ensure the timely preparation, review, and submission of tax reports in compliance with current legal regulations and internal proceduresSupport managers in Tax Department projects and tax compliance activities, including risk control, regulatory adherence, and process optimizationWhat You’ll Do:
Prepare monthly VAT reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionReconcile monthly revenue and VAT with sales reports and the general ledger, and provide recommendations for correcting discrepancies if anySupport annual tax reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlinesCoordinate with managers to record CIT expenses, deferred tax, and liaise with external tax advisors when assigned for CIT filing preparationPrepare Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) filings, ensuring accuracy and compliancePrepare quarterly invoice usage reports accurately and on timeEnsure timely tax payments and reconcile data with tax authorities to avoid discrepanciesSupport managers in related projects such as e-invoicing, VAS accounting records for audit, and internal tax proceduresProactively update new tax regulations and communicate timely to relevant departments.
What Will Make You Successful:
Bachelor’s or College degree in Finance or AccountingBusiness English certificationPreferred knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and AccountingStrong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulationsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
