Purpose of The Role: The SRA Analyst assists in the operational and admin requirements of the Secondary Repackaging Area through a systematic monitoring of activities to ensure a fast and quality output in compliance with the established procedures based on ISO 9001: Current version, Regional Quality Standards, and other legal requirements.  

 

What You’ll Do: 

    1. Ensures strict implementation and compliance with processes in accordance with the established procedures, work instructions and guidelines. 

    1. Acts as production scheduler to achieve lead time of reprocessing products by doing as follows: 

    1. Creates production order for production line-up. 

    1. Checking/reviewing list of production orders and goods receipt requiring redressing 

    1. Initiating unplanned production orders 

    1. Scheduling of secondary repackaging activities based on materials availability and capacity utilization. 

    1. Acts as a back-up of Secondary Repackaging Supervisor in the following activities: 

    • Computes for repackaging activity costing and prepares and sends assignment addendum (quotation) to Client. 

    1. Acts as a back-up of SRA Associate in the following activities: 

    • Sending SRA documents such as RWI, RPRS and PMRS to Client. 

    • Submit Quality Near Miss Report and Hazard Report. 

    1. Confirms SRA stocks on a SAP system basis. 

    1. Performs inventory control to ensure a timely execution of production activities by coordinating with Client regarding additional materials (if needed) and any production concerns.   

    1. Facilitates sending of Repackaging Batch Records, Item Discrepancy Reports and other pre-requisite documents on stocks release to commercial. 

    1. Reviews and timely monitoring of pending and rejected SRA stocks. 

    1. Monitors close production orders for the claims of Client and Third-Party Service Provider charges. 

    1. Prepares billing to Clients based on the approved rates per activity.

Must-Have: 

  1. Secondary Repackaging Operations experience/ or manufacturing set-up
  2. With background on Regulatory Standards and Good Manufacturing Practice   
  3. Knowledgeable in SAP.

Advantage to Have: 

  1. Inventory Control and Management 
  2. Knowledge on GSDP, GMP, GDPMDD, ISO standards 
  3. Knowledge on SAP System 
  4. Knowledge/ experience on Quality and compliance 
  5. Product and Material Handling 
  6. Warehouse Management: Secondary Repackaging Operations 
  7. Proficient in data collection and reporting 
  8. Oral and Written Communication
