Purpose of The Role:

Manage and oversee the receiving, checking, and storage of goods, ensuring accurate and timely updates in SAP, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards, while supporting the smooth operation of inbound logistics and reporting to leadership on performance and issues.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • To be responsible for unloading and receiving of good and support Inbound Receiving, update stock received into SAP.
  • Responsible for check the product storage prior receiving to ensure the goods stored at designated area after unloading.
  • Responsible from receiving till released to saleable for Cold chain product and Cold room facility
  • Responsible for goods checking till released to saleable for non-cold room product
  • For inbound receiving management, the incumbent monitor the progress of Incoming goods and Inbound Receiving procedures to ensure the Inbound stock are appropriately received, checked, released for saleable and stored.
  • Oversees the performance of clerical work and preparation of reports related to good receipt, stock control, and operation activities.
  • Consistently working closely with Leader / Executive Operation to ensure smooth of the flow of inbound process.
  • Implement and adhere to the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management system, participate in K3L programs and toolbox meetings, and report HSE-related issues and concerns
  • Keep immediate superior informed always of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
  • To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed always.
  • Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested  parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
  • Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
  • Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
  • Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
  • Prepares and submits weekly or monthly reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned when required.
  • Implement Good Storage and Distribution Practice (GSDP) in the workplace to comply with the requirements of the certification already held.
  • Carrying out, following, and implementing the OHS and Environmental management system in accordance with the applicable procedures, following the environmental OHS program, attending toolbox meetings, and raising any issues related to OHS and the Environment

Must-Have: 

  • Minimum high school graduate with 1-2 years work experience 
  • Willing to work in rotation shift
