Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  1. Return Process Management
    • Oversight a physical returned product receiving, inspection, identification and storing.
    • Ensure all return shipments are accurately recorded in related documents, ERP, or other inventory systems.
    • Oversight returned verification, document review and releasing.
    • Ensure that returned products are segregated with proper identification and storage according to their status (such as sellable, damaged, expired, quarantined and disposal) and related guidelines.
    • Handle quality-related work on return process from returned goods inspection until making usage decision for returned goods whether releasing to sale or sending to destruction.
    • Responsible for communicating with the authorized personnel for returned product decision making of both internal and external parties (client) and follow up the decision of returned goods from the relevant parties.
    • Handle and advise the team related to the operations or any issues related to the return process.
    • Ensure that process all return transactions in the warehouse management system accurately and timely.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, Principal, customer and relevant external parties to ensure smooth execution of warehouse operations and ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Monitor pending return transactions and ensure timely completion.
    • Ensure that any discrepancies between physical stock and system records are reported, investigated and properly managed.
    • Analyze and perform trend analysis on the returned product of each return types
  2. Team Management  
    • Lead, supervise, and manage return operational teams to ensure daily activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
    • Plan and allocate manpower effectively to support operation process smoothly.
    • Monitor team performance against established KPIs and operational targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
    • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on productivity, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure all team members comply with company policies, SOPs, GDP requirements, and safety regulations.
  3. Documentation and Compliance
    • Maintain complete record of return transaction and support documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GSDP, relevant requirements and client agreements.
    • Support external audits conducted by local principal affiliates, international principal affiliates, Thai FDA, certification bodies or internal audits.
  4. Continuous Improvement
    • Identify process improvement opportunities to improve processing efficiency.
    • Support warehouse efficiency initiatives and system enhancements.
    • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring return issues.
  5. Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Operations Manager.

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experiences in warehouse operation, return management, inventory control or related industries
  • Experience with WMS/EWM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Have knowledge or adequate training in Good Distribution Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player with service-oriented attitude
  • High responsibility, willingness to learn, and self-motivation
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English both speaking and writing
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft 365 Apps
