Supervisor - Logistics Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Data Obtaining:
- Supervise and facilitates the related function/staffs to ensure accurate and meaningful data gathering.
- Review the gathered data from related functions/staff.
- Feedback the discrepancies and errors found.
- Generate and extract the required information, where possible.
2. Data Analysis:
- Supervise and facilitate the related functions to use the proper analytical or statistical tools to generate the required outputs.
3. Reporting:
- Develop the systematic reporting system and procedure.
- Deliver the accurate and meaningful reports relating to the warehouse operation and delivery, used for performance assurance and service level improvement.
- Identify trends, areas and suggestions for improvement.
4. Information Library Maintenance:
- Keep historical data of the key SPIs or other information related to the warehouse operation and delivery.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, physical distribution and ERP related activities
- Dynamic, able to multi-task and work independently
- High sense of responsibility, quick learner and self-motivated
- Adept in Microsoft Office package and ERP system
- Good communication skill in both Thai and English
