Purpose of the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage and retain top talent. This position acts as a strategic partner to leadership and hire managers, aligning recruitment objectives with organizational goals.
The position will develop and implement sourcing, and recruitment plans to ensure a robust talent pool available for short notice, medium term and fixed term hiring requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective recruitment plans
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, fill rate, cost per hire, candidate experience and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to ensure performance goals are met
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to attract diverse talent pools
- Build and maintain partnership with government and educational institutions, training academies, recruitment consultants and search agencies, online recruitment service providers to achieve expanded and optimized talent sources
- Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies and ethical hiring practices
- Provides timely hiring updates to all stakeholders (GM, Hiring Manager, Client) as may be deemed necessary
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing volume hiring and niche position hiring
- Proven experience in managing full cycle recruitment process
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software
