Administrative work

  • Data validation and entry into the system.
  • Monitor patient enrollment that can be received via email, mobile app system, MS CRM, or portals.
  • Safe keeping of patient and or doctors’ personal information.
  • Internal Report generation – daily tracker, call summary, & AE report log.
  • Client Report generation – Program enrollment, patient compliance to treatment, patient adherence to program, etc...

Patient engagement

  • Inbound call (inquiry) – Providing directions or information to patient/relative on how they can complete the enrollment requirement. Assisting patient/relative on their query related to order processing – compliance to treatment, submission of requirements etc.
  • Outbound call (Welcome Call) – explaining the program details and benefits upon receiving enrollment forms (PRF).
  • Outbound calls (Proactive) – calling patients on a scheduled basis to discuss the approved call script focusing on adherence support, reminding of their next medication refill, providing program updates etc.
  • Reporting of Adverse Event to client Pharmacovigilance team using the agreed template and following the protocols/standards.
  • Providing Online/Actual Demonstrations to patients depending on the product/medication.

 

 

Program Monitoring

  • Tracking of patient’s adherence/journey and updating the status.
  • Monitoring of the order status if it’s successfully delivered or received by the patient.
  • Tracking of dropouts and the reasons.
