Marketing Manager
This position is responsible for achieving the desired marketing and financial objectives of the assigned product portfolio through the efficient planning, implementation, analysis and control of the annual product marketing plan.
Prepares annual Marketing Plan for the assigned product. The Market Plan normally contains the annual forecast, promotional budget and promotional strategies of each product in the job responsibility.
- Achieves annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget.
- Develops promotional activities in collaboration with sales staff in order to achieve sales objective.
- Implements all promotional activities as planned within the agreed time frame.
- Decides on adequate inventory level of each product in cooperation with the BU Head and Purchasing Department.
- Trains and assess the Product knowledge training needs of medical representatives on product to enable them to be effective and efficient.
- Acquires market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improved sales and marketing activities.
- Prepares reports on products movement and results of promotional activities. Performs other duties that maybe required from time to time.
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any. Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 2+ years of experience as Product/ Marketing Manager
- Strong analytical and insighting skills and execution excellence
- Very good financial acumen
