Purpose of the Role:
The Marketing Manager – Immunology is responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the assigned immunology portfolio. The role ensures achievement of sales and financial objectives through effective brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans including brand strategy, forecasting, and budget management.
- Drive brand growth and achieve sales targets through effective marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Lead development and implementation of promotional and omnichannel campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Manage product forecasting and inventory planning with internal stakeholders.
- Train and equip sales teams with relevant product knowledge and tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
- Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in immunology or specialty care products.
- Regional or multi-market exposure.
- Digital and omnichannel marketing experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
