Administrative work
- Checking call plans, customer details such as sales history.
- Update call remarks and call records.
- Monitor email, whatsapp and Ms teams group chats.
- Monitor and answer inbound calls and log on data base.
- Prepare and update interna and external reports.
Customer Engagement
- Inbound call (inquiry) – Providing directions or information to customers on their inquiry, it can be order placement, order inquiry or others..
- Outbound call- following the call script check customer, stocks, share key important messages about the products and give updates as necessary.
- Reporting of Adverse Event to client Pharmacovigilance team using the agreed template and following the protocols/standards.
- Emailing email using DRTM email.
- Replying to Whatsapp and MS Teams messages from clients and customers.
Program Monitoring
- Tracking of customer status.
- Encoding of order/endorsing order and monitoring if needed
