Program Monitoring
•Monitor and manage the official email and Viber accounts daily.
•Monitor patient enrollment, order and queries received via email.
•Ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted enrollment requirement and order documents and forward to respective consultants.
•Ensure timely acknowledgment and routing of patient, doctor, and client inquiries.
•Track and document all inquiries received via email and Viber.
•Coordinate with relevant internal teams for proper endorsement and processing.
Reporting & Documentation
•Generate internal daily reports including:
•Total patient enrollments
•Orders processed
•Inquiries received via email and Viber
•Prepare RAP data reports, including
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all required reports.
