Job Purpose:
The Operations Excellence Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement and transformation projects across the organization, using a combination of analytical, business, and operational techniques to improve overall operational effectiveness and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement cross‑functional improvement and transformation initiativesApplying a mix of methodologies and approaches such as Operations Research, Lean and Six Sigma, business process management, data and financial analysis, project and change management, and digital enablement toolsOptimize business and operational processes to drive revenue generation, cost optimization, or cost avoidance, improving overall profitabilityImprove end‑to‑end process performance, productivity, and key enterprise performance metricsSupport improvements in distribution and service networks, including Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) lead times, inventory, and stocking levelsPromote and embed a culture of continuous improvement through project execution, best practice standardization, and data‑driven decision‑making
