Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to monitor, organize and direct all repackaging Personnel on their proper job function.
Responsible also for monitoring of incoming/outgoing stocks and materials, and ensuring that the repacking activities are in accordance with the standard procedure and policies given by Client.
Ensures that there is enough manpower in every shift of operation in its most effective and efficient manner.
Ensures that safety procedures and guidelines are followed by Repackaging Personnel.
Performs actual mock-up sampling in accordance of finished product against Repackaging Work Instruction in Production area.
Monitors the production target output and reports issues and concerns for the performance of production.
Assists on the preparation and allocation of the daily schedule in coordination with the SRA Associate and SRA Assistant.
