About the role
Zuellig Pharma Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Luzon. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts within your designated region, playing a crucial role in achieving the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within your district
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
- Lead, motivate and train a team of sales representatives to maximise their productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting market trends
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
