Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Perform order creation and order maintenance/changes as well as handle all invoicing matters based on customers' requests.
  2. Verify all order lines of backorder, open orders in system and prepare order status reports on daily basis and manage those sales orders according to customer/principal's requirement.
  3. Liaise with other internal teams on order release to ensure orders are delivered within due date.
  4. Prior to shipment, monitor daily backorder / open orders closely to ensure these orders can be fulfilled.
  5. Receive and make telephone calls on order related and other enquiries as basic routine.
  6. Monitor delivery performance.
  7. Handle customer's complaints.

 

 Minimum Qualification:
 

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Experienced in document preparation and order taking
  • Detail oriented relating to data entry, problem solving, and information/process analysis
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Receive work direction from multiple people
  • Good communication skill with service mind
  • Able to read and write in English would be advantage
  • Good personality and presentation
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with Microsoft office program, as well as the use of office equipment
  • Good typing skill both Thai and English
