Purpose of The Role: Responsible for coordinating shipping schedules, managing essential logistics documentation and licenses, and acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, external consignees, and freight forwarders to ensure timely, compliant operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound & outbound logistics, including shipping documentation, declaration lodgement & I/E Licenses
- Liaise with consignees to develop and maintain weekly export shipping schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of scheduled shipments
- Prepare regular shipment report & process forwarder’s billing
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- F.5 graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in shipping/logistics
- Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

- Well organized, willing to learn and capable of working independently under pressure
- Immediate available is an advantage
