Service Technician, Medical Device

Purpose of the Role: The role is focusing to install, configure, maintain, and service our device systems, in order to ensure the safety, accurate operation and high user satisfaction for patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the installation, system configuration, calibration, and functional checks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates
- Provide user training and product best‑practice guidance
- Provide training in daily device operation and support in technical enquiries
- Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, training logs
- Support the product audits, recalls, or corrective actions when required
- Act as a technical liaison between users, clinicians, sales teams, and manufacturers, and provide feedback on device performance and user experience
What Will Make You Successful
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics / Medical Technology or equivalent technical discipline
- Over 1 year of experience in medical device installation or field service
- Basic knowledge in networking and mobile app troubleshooting
- Self-motivated, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage field schedules
- Willing to travel and work in flexible hours if required
Advantage to Have:
- Experience in diabetes care devices is highly preferred
- Experience working in hospitals or clinical environments is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Including Cantonese)
