Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Purpose of The Role:
- Implementing and optimizing the supply chain inventory and logistics, ensuring efficiency to Clients and Business Partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Review inventory levels and purchase orders with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with relevant sections/departments on inbound pick-up plans and delivery schedules to the warehouse.
- Implement and monitor importation and customs clearance activities.
- Balance stock levels by branch and execute stock transfers to ensure optimal product availability.
- Coordinate with clients and warehouse teams to arrange stock counting activities.
- Prepare relevant reports and verify monthly expenses with Finance to ensure effective cost and inventory management.
- Negotiate with clients to confirm costs related to importation, pick-up, excess inventory, stock transfers, and ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor and support the team in daily routine activities to meet required targets.
- Work directly with clients, business partners, and related departments to resolve supply chain, inventory, and logistics issues in the most cost-effective manner.
What Will Make You Successful:
- University/College degree.
- Able to communicate well in English, especially in reading and writing.
- Good background and experience in import–export, purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
- Knowledge or experience in data analytics to support inventory, cost, and operational reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good work organization skills.
- Good computer literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Well-organized.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
