Working location: Etown Central, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC

Purpose of The Role:

  • Implementing and optimizing the supply chain inventory and logistics, ensuring efficiency to Clients and Business Partners.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Review inventory levels and purchase orders with clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate with relevant sections/departments on inbound pick-up plans and delivery schedules to the warehouse.
  • Implement and monitor importation and customs clearance activities.
  • Balance stock levels by branch and execute stock transfers to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Coordinate with clients and warehouse teams to arrange stock counting activities.
  • Prepare relevant reports and verify monthly expenses with Finance to ensure effective cost and inventory management.
  • Negotiate with clients to confirm costs related to importation, pick-up, excess inventory, stock transfers, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Monitor and support the team in daily routine activities to meet required targets.
  • Work directly with clients, business partners, and related departments to resolve supply chain, inventory, and logistics issues in the most cost-effective manner.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

  • University/College degree.
  • Able to communicate well in English, especially in reading and writing.
  • Good background and experience in import–export, purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Knowledge or experience in data analytics to support inventory, cost, and operational reporting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good work organization skills.
  • Good computer literacy and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Well-organized.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
