Senior Quality Assurance Officer

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for maintaining the quality and compliance of secondary repackaging processes by performing daily quality checks, updating product specifications and records, supporting audits and investigations, and providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring the product meets all relevant regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a member in Quality Assurance team on daily quality control in process checking and take relevant quality control job duty at the production line
- Responsible for secondary repackaging materials release process
- Review and update the product specification, work instruction, batch production record or other relevant documents for the secondary repackaging production
- Participate in quality/regulatory inspections and quality-related visit
- Provide administrative support in client quality audits and customer product quality complaints Ensure quality documentation and records are maintained according to the internal procedures and the quality management system
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Quality Assurance team as assigned
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- High Diploma or above with over 2 years of related experience in quality control or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
Advantage to Have:
- With work experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical is preferable
- Familiar with local applicable regulations ISO 9001/GMP/GSDP is an advantage
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position
