Senior Orthopedic Case Coordinator

Purpose of The Role:
Coordinate product delivery and product returns accurately
What You’ll Do:
- Perform administration tasks in Orthopedic surgery case correctly and accurately.
- Liaise with Orthopedic PRN and transport provider in medical equipment set-up and delivery to hospital.
- Deal with PRN for any Orthopedic case arrangement and other specific needs (if required)
- Coordinates the scheduling of Orthopedic procedures with PRNs and hospital, and input case setup/kitting requirement, change and delivery in ZPL system.
- Coordinate internally with ZPL warehousing, inventory, and administration teams, to ensure smoothly and timely delivery of orthopedic devices.
- There is good coordination both inside and outside the organization.
- Check orders each day to ensure they have been processed successfully.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor
Must-Have:
- Minimum age of 25 years
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
- Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Has at least 5 years of working experience in Medical Device Company
- Thai, English and Computer literacy
