Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing (Consumer Healthcare)

Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing annual trade marketing plan, providing data-driven insights and data analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and implementing annual trade marketing plans aligned with business and brand objectives
- Drive in-store visibility through POS materials, merchandising initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate channel-specific activations, product launches, and seasonal programs to support sales performance
- Analyze category trends, shopper insights, and market data to recommend trade programs that enhance brand equity and ROI
- Manage trade marketing budgets, track spending, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales teams to tailor trade promotions and ensure strong execution in channels
What Will Make You Successful
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in key account management, trade marketing in FMCG / Healthcare industry
- With hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- Motivated, detail‑oriented and a fast learner
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
