Purpose of the Role: The Sales Specialist represents ZP CommZ and executes sales plan in the territory assigned and to achieve sales target. Develops and manages business relationship with all customers e.g. clients, doctors, hospital staff to continually influence the sales and market growth of products. Continually accesses customer needs, requirements and provides input to forecasting cycle.


What You’ll Do : 

  • Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles, executes sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned sale quotas.
  • Fully understand and support ZP’s and principals’ objectives, approved strategies, and promotional plans for all accounts in the territory.
  • Conducts sales review, including market share analysis and adjusts strategies to ensure execution of plans is on track.
  • Evaluates and accesses customers’ need for both short and long term planning, product development and forecasting requirements.
  • Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share.
  • Maintains close relationships with key accounts, ensure their requirements are met by company’s product where possible to establish customer satisfaction and convert them into profitable business. This would involve appraising customer needs and advising on product application or services.
  • Conducts in-service & product trials/evaluations for successful account conversion.
  • Ensures all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
  • Strives to provide “win/win” outcomes for ZP CommZ & customers while maintaining premium ASPs through leveraging of propriety products.
  • Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the product, procedure, and quality system.


What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • Above 5 year successful sales experience in healthcare (Pharma/Medical Device/OTC) selling experiences must.
  • Demonstrates ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly & disseminate appropriately to all levels of healthcare professionals.
