Purpose of the Role: Responsible for driving sales and promoting products within the trade channels by achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Actively participate in and contribute to sales and marketing promotional activities
- Drive multichannel sales tactics, including digital communication and telemarketing
- Collect market intelligence, develop sales plans, and prepare sales reports for the team
- Provide sales and aftersales services via face-to-face interactions or telecommunication
- Offer support for ad-hoc sales-related activities
What Will Make You Successful
Must-Have:
- Tertiary education or above
- Self-motivated, team oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computers (MS Excel)
- Good command of Cantonese and English
Advantage To Have:
- With at least 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Solid sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
