DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales and ServicesTo achieve sales targetTo be responsible for goods exchange (manage customer’s inventory)To minimize problem bill and credit note by coordinating with collection departmentTo convey right message to customersTo provide services regularly to meet customer’s need and company policyTo minimize customer’s complaint

2. Marketing AspectsTo acquire market information concerning competitors and market situationTo acquire customer information that might reflect company opportunities or risk

3. Self DevelopmentBe a professional sales representative e.g. fast learner, good communication, good service and convey right message to customersTo follow Zuellig Pharma’s SALES PRO Selling SkillTo participate all promotional activities in responsible customersAbility to suggest any improvement of work in generalWilling to be continuously developed by superior, courses of knowledge or skill enhancement provided by the company

4. Document and ReportingTo update visit planTo report customer’s complaint to superiorTo submit reports and itinerary on timeTo record customer visit in SFE system

Qualification:

Thai national, age over 22 years oldBachelor’s degree in any fields

Having experience in pharmaceutical industry at least 1 year is preferable.

High responsibility and service mindGood attitude and self‑motivated and energetic

Good interpersonal and negotiation and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication

Eager to learn, work well in team environment, creative, leadership and aim to grow

Fair/Good command of English

Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, E‑mail and calculation skill
