Purpose of The Role:

1.Thai national, age over 22 years old

2.Bachelor’s degree in any fields

3.Having experience in pharmaceutical industry at least 1 year is preferable.

4.High responsibility and service mindGood attitude and self‑motivated and energeticGood interpersonal and negotiation and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication

5.Eager to learn, work well in team environment, creative, leadership and aim to grow

6.Fair/Good command of English

7.Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, E‑mail and calculation skill 

 

 

What You’ll Do: 1. Sales and Services

To achieve sales target

To be responsible for goods exchange (manage customer’s inventory)

To minimize problem bill and credit note by coordinating with collection department

To convey right message to customersTo provide services regularly to meet customer’s need and company policy

To minimize customer’s complaint

2. Marketing Aspects

To acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation

To acquire customer information that might reflect company opportunities or risk

3. Self Development

Be a professional sales representative e.g. fast learner, good communication, good service and convey right message to customers

To follow Zuellig Pharma’s SALES PRO Selling Skill

To participate all promotional activities in responsible customersAbility to suggest any improvement of work in generalWilling to be continuously developed by superior, courses of knowledge or skill enhancement provided by the company

4. Document and Reporting

To update visit plan

To report customer’s complaint to superior

To submit reports and itinerary on time
