Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.Purpose of The Role:Allocate account receivable in the system 22 regularly and correctly.· Perform monthly bill reconcile report of bill collector.· Check and verify the A/R balance to clear overdue and long outstanding.· Manage problem bill under his/her own responsible area to clean up problem bill to support collection in line with the Company’s policy.· Support in setting up controlling process for bill collector and related sections.· Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor – AR

What You’ll Do: (Maximum 10 points)

1.. Sales and ServicesTo achieve sales targetTo be responsible for goods exchange (manage customer’s inventory)To minimize problem bill and credit note by coordinating with collection departmentTo convey right message to customersTo provide services regularly to meet customer’s need and company policyTo minimize customer’s complaint

2. Marketing AspectsTo acquire market information concerning competitors and market situationTo acquire customer information that might reflect company opportunities or risk

3. Self DevelopmentBe a professional sales representative e.g. fast learner, good communication, good service and convey right message to customersTo follow Zuellig Pharma’s SALES PRO Selling SkillTo participate all promotional activities in responsible customersAbility to suggest any improvement of work in generalWilling to be continuously developed by superior, courses of knowledge or skill enhancement provided by the company

4. Document and ReportingTo update visit planTo report customer’s complaint to superiorTo submit reports and itinerary on timeTo record customer visit in SFE system

5. Functional CompetencySALES PRO Selling Skill must be at least at the “Operate” level if work experience is more than 1 year; if less than 1 year, it must be at least at the “Understand” level.Knowledge should be at the “Operate” level or score ≥ 80%Territory Management should be at the “Operate” levelMeet Behavior score in Performance Appraisal per company’s or department’s goal
