Purpose of The Role: 

  • To design and execute effective gross to net plan to win fit for purpose sales organization.
  • To analyze raw data to meaningful and actionable insight to make impactful decision.  
  • To maintain data center excellence for sales team together with comm-ex team
  • To prepare and present report/ dashboard for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • To support day to day administration work of sales organization. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist VP Sales in preparing client report, data collection, analysis and insight generation. 
  • Assist sales leader in their day to day administration including but not limited to claim process, consolidation of some tasks and communication with cross-functional team.
  • Monitor and analyze performance by SKUs/channel on regular basis and develop effective gross to net program including but not limited to discount, rebate and loyalty program to drive net sales revenue.
  • Execute GTN programs based on analysis including KPIs setting, contract preparation and briefing to sales team.
  • Regular follow up on KPIs at account level and communicate to sales leaders for their performance tracking and achievement.  
  • Perform the ROI analysis and ensure GTN spend are within agreed budget. 
  • Optimize cross-functional support needs with the organization, ensuring effective communication to all. Assist in monitoring and follow up

  • Language : Must possess a good command of English

  • Demonstrate ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff.
