Purpose of The Role: Work out the sales strategy for pharmacies and Hosp, Clinic, Doctors by managing the pharmacy and Medical at the eastern province sale team, improving merchandising in pharmacy/target customer, implementing of other pharmacy sale projects, and giving coaching to the Sales team in the field.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Achieve regional sales objective by ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans and activities by the sale representative within approved budgets.
  • Achieve, sustain sales, and propose new plans to develop sales growth
  • Check accuracy and updating customer coverage of all promoted products by field force
  • Direct sales activities by setting geographical sales areas
  • Analyze sales figures of your region, measure gaps and define an action plan
  • Analyze available information to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage Sale Supervisor and customers' clarification.
  • Plan, validate, facilitate, approve, and ensure implementation of tactical plans that will exploit identified business opportunities.
  • Maintain necessary contact with major accounts to achieve the objectives of the company
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to organize the marketing actives 

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Ensure understanding of total rewards system (bonus & incentive) and use this to motivate the team to improve their earnings.
  • Effectively counsel and coach all reps in the district to continuously improve their sales skills and to align their behaviors to company Code of Conduct.
  • Build strong team spirit by setting clear directions, clarifying expectations, providing support, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and constantly engaging their people to drive retention.
  • Implement the Company’s people management practices such as performance management cycle, development discussions.
  • Assess Sale Supervisor to set up and implement development plans and create development opportunities in accordance with the plan.
  • Ensure all the activities of the sales force unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand, and ethical standards and in line with marketing plan
  • At any level of the organization, everyone is accountable for following all safety guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the safety objectives.

Must-Have: 

  • Degree of medical Doctor/Pharmacist/Business Administration 
  • At least 3 years experiences in Sales management
