DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales and service aspect
        1. To lead the sales team to achieve their individual and team target.
        2. To support hospital tender business.
        3. To do sales analysis and set a right target for each MR.
        4. To cooperate with other to achieve team and company mission.
        5. To create relationships with customers.

 

  1. Marketing Aspect
        1. To evaluate the market results and make recommendations for alternative ways of improvement to the team.
        2. To acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation.
        3. To collect market information to up-line manager.
        4. To create relationships with customers in order to update situation.

 

  1. Coaching and Development aspect
        1. To coach and train MR to work and monitor their performance.
        2. To follow the company’s core value and control all subordinates to realize it and do the same direction.
        3. To accompany with MR in field for coaching purposes.
        4. To develop and support BM/ PM/ MR to achieve their career path.
        5. To develop and support MR to be a better salesman in their career path.
        6. Ability to offer suggestions, improvement of the work in general.

 

  1. Documentation and Reporting
        1. To prepare monthly report on time.
        2. Prepare documents as requirement form principals.

Qualification:

  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields or higher, MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, high self-motivation and energetic skills.
  • Good command in English Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
