Sales Force Effectiveness Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for supporting SFE director/ manager for data management, delivery and implementation SFE priorities, including Incentive preliminary calculation.
- Update Customer database, Customer Classification, and Targeting and Employee movement (Sales, Marketing and other related Team).
- Support SFE director/ manager to track and monitor SFE KPIs including Customer Call/Engagement Report, SFE and Sales performance related BI/Dashboards and any initiatives or priorities under SFE scope.
- Engage internal stakeholders to execute Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programme to support business strategy execution.
- Actively implement, update and utilize SFE tools to support call effectiveness.
- Working with cross-functional teams to achieve alignment and ensure effective execution and operation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business IT or Management Information System (MIS) is preferred.
- 1-2 years of solid experience in data management, analysis and presentation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Data analytics and Project Management.
- English proficiency in professional level.
- Good communication skills.
