Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the SFE Manager, this role is responsible for delivering comprehensive Veeva system support, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to the Sales and Marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex sales data to drive strategic business decisions and support the sales team
- Reporting: Develop and distribute accurate monthly and periodic performance reports and dashboards for sales leadership
- Strategic Insights: Create compelling presentation materials and translate data findings into actionable business insights
- System Administration: Assist in the maintenance, administration, and optimization of sales systems and databases
- Project Support: Execute ad-hoc sales support initiatives and coordinate sales marketing activities as required
What Will Make You Successful
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a large-scale organization
- Expert in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarity with Veeva/Power BI is preferred
- Detail-minded, responsible, and strong communicator
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese)
Advantage to Have:
- Familiar with Veeva, Power BI and Advance Excel skill
- Sales experience in Pharma company
