Purpose of the Role:

確保整體訂單處理流程順暢無誤。此職位負責統籌訂單處理、追蹤出貨進度、並即時處理相關營運問題,以確保訂單的準確性、時效性與客戶滿意度。

 

What You’ll Do : 

1.客服回覆醫院、診所、藥局、連鎖通路客戶的問題和接單。
2.特殊客戶或原開發廠的特殊需求處理。
3.回應客戶及業務訂單進度狀況及協助相關的客服處理。
4.需要多工且細心地處理客戶需求的眾多事項完成任務。
5.工作過三個月後,另有績效獎金

1.擅長工具:Excel、Outlook、Word、SAP
