Purpose of The Role:

SFE Manager will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of sales force effectiveness framework, plans, training, processes, tools and systems, to drive sales growth and sales force productivity. He/She will also oversee the digital strategy and execution of digital projects across commercial team to enhance the customer experience and the introduction of new business models. The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager works in full compliance with the laws, regulations, business rules and Zuellig Pharma standards of Business Conduct and Ethics. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Lead and manage Sales Force Effectiveness function by developing and implementing a robust sales force effectiveness framework to govern all sales force effectiveness activities • Ensure buy-in and drive implementation of core SFE KPIs.
  • Drive active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, etc.
  • Implement segmentation & targeting process and ensure targeting effectiveness for sales force.
  • Implement, monitor and develop sales capability measurement tools. Track and share the result with leadership team and help them identify areas for capability improvement.
  • Develop a sales force sizing that makes the best use of available human and OPEX resources, including sizing, allocation and deployment of the sales force.
  • Lead the creation of a sales recognition program and rewards system (including incentives) that motivates and engages Sales Force and that will drive behaviours to provide unparalleled customer experiences. Support in pay out analytics and provide insights by quarter.
  • Benchmarks and analyses SOV, productivity and capabilities versus the competitors to determine current and future SOV that is aligned to our company’s strategy.
  • Participates and provides inputs in key decision-making groups, to help improve tools and processes that enable positive customer experiences.
  • Work closely with Digital Lead on digital strategy and execution of digital projects across commercial team to enhance the customer experience and the introduction of new business models.
  • Promote and ensure team adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.
