Purpose of the Role:
• A SFE & Data Analyst is a key role focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of a sales organization through ensure that sales data is accurate and accessible, and maintenance of data integrity within sales systems.
• Supporting the Sales & MKT team to measure and analyze the performance of the sales force and its evolution, to synthesize the information through accurate sales dashboard and to partner effectively with the business to deliver improvements in sales force effectiveness.
• Real-time updates to territory assignments in the performance system and providing accurate sales and MKT incentive calculation.
• Assisting ZP commercialization office colleagues in general administrative activities
What You’ll Do :
• Maintaining data integrity and performing batch updates in software (Sales Metrics)
• Supporting sales target setting, approvement and documentation
• Calculating sales and MKT incentive
• Establishing communication with sales teams to gather feedback and ensure they have the necessary sales reports.
• Responding to ad hoc requests to support the senior management team.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding procedures, business card printing, and account permissions.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
• Support ZP commercialization employee events.
