What You’ll Do: 

  • Maintain and update therapeutic product licensing information and status in SAP.

  • Monitor product licenses and ensure regulatory records are accurate and up to date.

  • Generate and review monthly reports on products approaching license expiry.

  • Support Controlled Drug (CD) order and invoice processing in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Maintain and track Health Science Authority (HSA) permit applications.

  • Assist with logging and tracking Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Adverse Event (AE) reports.

  • Maintain accurate regulatory and pharmacovigilance records to support reconciliation and audit requirements.

  • Support regulatory billing, invoice processing, and fee tracking.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Regulatory Affairs team.

  • Assist with ad-hoc regulatory activities and departmental projects as required.

 

Must-Have: 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective support to the team.

  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

 

Advantage to Have: 

  • Experience or familiarity with SAP system.
