Regional SFE & Data Analytics Manager

Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the implementation and execution of ZP’ Sales Force Excellence objectives in Retail & Trade channel. The scope of work includes CRM system operation at regional level, implement segmentation & targeting, tracking KPIs (with dashboard automation), and assisting the Regional SFE Lead in other domains such as managing the productivity, span of control and Incentive.
Guide, coach and support Commercial Excellence teams across markets; establish trust and free flow of guidance, data, and feedback with ComEx and SFE leaders across the markets via periodical 1:1 meetings and joint projects. Lead ComEx projects as needed.
What You’ll Do:
CRM System Operation
- Provide timely support for market ComEx team on daily operation and troubleshooting; instruct market ComEx teams to roll out new features and enhancement; propose new feature or enhancement for the current system or recommend new system that support the need of evolving business.
Segmentation & Targeting
- Design effective market segmentation and targeting strategies using advanced analytics to focus on high-potential customer segments and improve sales outcomes; guide and track the implementation in each market.
SFE KPIs
- Develop and automate KPIs to measure and track sales performance in real-time, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Other SFE related tasks
- Productivity (use data analytics to inform and facilitate improvement in sales force productivity); Span of Control (regularly assessing and recommend the organizational structure to balance workloads and enhance performance); Incentives (facilitate the incentive design and approval process within scope).
Market Commercial Excellence Teams
- Provide support to market ComEx teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to share insights and strategies.
ComEx Projects
- Manage and execute critical Commercial Excellence projects as needed, ensuring successful delivery by overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Business / Marketing / Data & Analytics or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 2 years of ComEx roles and/or Commercial role (sales/marketing roles at managerial levels).
- Consumer Health, Trade or Retail experience required.
- Fluent in MS Office and other work platforms/tools.
- Comprehensive CRM system knowledge.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Advantage to Have:
- Regional Experience in SEA and/or North Asia will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of other languages E.g. Mandarin, Bahasa, and other spoken languages across ASEAN countries would be a plus.
- Post-graduate or master’s degree in business is an advantage.
