Purpose of The Role:
To serve as the primary point of contact for the company, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure environment for all visitors and employees. Additionally, this role provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office, acting as a crucial link in internal communications, event coordination, and facility management.
What You’ll Do:
- First Point of Contact: Warmly welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and partners, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner, taking clear messages when necessary.
- Visitor Management: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages
- Facilities & Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies, stationery, and pantry consumables. Place orders as needed while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with facility management and third-party vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT support) to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional office environment.
- HR & Team Support: Assist the HR and Admin teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including preparing employment-related documents, organizing company events, and managing employee travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings).
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for administrative records, invoices, and office-related documentation.

Must-Have:
-Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment (printers, scanners).
-Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
