Quality Assurance Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for Product Quality Quarantine processes, including quarantine checks, releases and reconciliation of quarantine stock.
- Manage all inbound products releases, including execution of Usage Decisions.
- Review and verify Cold Chain validation to ensure product integrity is maintained.
- Manage Change Control and in Risk Management activities.
- Handle Deviations and CAPAs processes, including follow-up and closure within established timelines.
- Assist in planning and preparing quality-related activities.
- Execute assigned projects and duties to support company objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including data gathering for metrics and tend analysis.
- Apply process improvement and root cause analysis skills to identify issues and prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
- Leverage knowledge of distribution operations and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrating strong time management and teamwork skills to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and maintain data integrity across all activities.
- Ensure products under quarantine are securely managed with accurate labelling and documentation to maintain traceability.
- Proactively complete quality reports, CAPAs, and assigned projects in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Must-Have:
- Diploma graduate in Pharmaceutical Science preferred or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing, or related pharmaceutical operations.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
